Hario – Pegasus Dripper 01

The Hario Pegasus Dripper 01 has a distinctive pyramid-shaped geometry with spiral ribs inside that guide water and coffee evenly, ending in two small outlets at the base for extraction. The design is built around repeatability — the goal is to recreate the same cup every time you brew. While many coffee professionals love the hands-on control of a V60, the Pegasus is aimed at people just starting out with pour-over: Hario added volume markings on the side of the cone for different amounts of ground coffee, a stable base that sits comfortably on cups and servers, and a small viewing window so you can watch the coffee flow clearly. Pegasus filters give a clean, flavor-forward cup with less oil and sediment, and the filters themselves are biodegradable and eco-friendly.
